Course abstract
The course aims to explain to students the basic concepts of economic construction industry, construction production creation and marketing features to present the investment process, the economic efficiency calculation methods to acquire construction pricing basis, to present the construction cost of production.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After the course students have an understanding of the building site in the national economy, the industry trends. Students understand the nature of the investment market and is able to determine their economic efficiency. Students learn the construction of production and marketing characteristics. Tender for the construction of the organization of the basic principles of contractual basis. Students understand the construction prices can acquire works drawing up estimates methodology. Acquire basic knowledge of the construction company the cost of production, the inventory cost, profit, cost, process-related taxes.
