Course abstract
This is the second part of the course devoted for study of the basic principles of management of the construction industry on the national and the municipal level, as well as methods of construction works are learned. Skills in construction design are improved in process of elaborating of training sketch design of small building.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
By termination of the study of this course students shall know the application of main construction products in construction process, as well as to select optimal construction products for common used construction works. They shall be acquainted with and be competent to apply the basis of Building regulation system and standards, to know main principles of the marketing of construction products and main principles of design of buildings, be acquainted with the main types of construction site processes.
