This course gives an idea of settlements and its territory planning. Are studied general principles of organization of settlements, streets’ networking, planning and construction of various functional areas, redevelopment of buildings and equipment placement conditions.
After the end of the course student will have:
• knowledge and understanding of history of the settlements formation, functional structure, of development planning of the settlements, performance and use of requests established in laws and regulations for development of the detailed project;
• skills to evaluate and independently carry out solutions of the spatial planning of the settlements, skills to develop detailed project and to identify future conditions of use for specific area;
• competence about settlements planning to provide their sustainable development, competence to develop planning documents of the settlements.
