Course abstract

During the study course students will have knowledge about necessity of concretization of comprehensive plans, students acquire knowledge in creating of detailed plans, and students will acquire main tasks of local planning, methods of space organization and skills in practical designing of detailed plans.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completion of study course students will have:
• knowledge in comprehensive plan detailing principles,
• skills to develop detailed plans,
• competence in management of developing of detailed plans.
