Course abstract

Student obtained theoretical knowledge and practical skills of landscape aesthetical, ecological and cultural/historical analyses. Intodused with wide range of objective and subjective methods for landscape analyses regarding different types of landscapes and use of territory.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge of landscape analysis methods; knowledge of distinguish approaches in landscape analysis of different landscape types; knowledge of terminology used in landscape architecture;
• skills to investigate and evaluate a research area; skills to present obtained results;
• competence to carry out a study and evaluation of area.
