Course abstract
Development and trends of technologies, use of IT in mechanic processing of wood. Survey of computerized systems used in manufacturing. Basics of Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) machines, types of CNC machinery and their use, basic selection principle; working technology with CNC benches; basics of programming; practical work with computerized designing system and CNC laboratory equipment.
