The newest normatives of building materials. Novelties in production technology of materials, their qualities and usage. Introduction to research results of the faculty teaching staff in building materials’ production and possibilities to test materials’ qualities. Study course consists of lectures, independent tasks, research and experiments in laboratory.
Students have acquired qualities of building materials, normative documents regulating their definition and application, as well as practical usage of materials' testing and application. Students are able to select technological means for acquisition of material, depending on necessary defined qualities and usage. Students are able to select the best material for the necessary case of usage in order to gain the necessary result. Able to apply appropriate building regulations and standards. Able to use professional terminology.
