Development of design and production technologies for a specific wooden product, according to the receipt of individual assignments.
Knowledge of the latest technology manufacturers' improvements in local production in the context of the global wood products industry free trade system.
Skills: for the production, destruction and testing of non-destructive materials of different materials, choosing wooden joints, components, signs and assembly methods, using suitable furniture fasteners and preparing various furniture designs, describing the main technological processes of production, choosing wood products, choose packaging.
Competence: compilation of the planned required supply and demand for the production of wood products.
(Knowledge, skills and competence are assessed in the written part of the study paper and in the defense of the course paper.)

11 Equipment layout planning with marked main flows (5h)
12 Graphic part design (10h)
13 Labor protection and safety equipment (5 hours)
14 Summary - brief description of the plant and products (5h)
15 Course project submission and defense (6 hours)
A logical and saturated study work must be developed and it must be successfully defended.
At the beginning of the semester, the potential product is discussed with each student individually. There is an introductory instruction on the technical and content side of the course work. Further actions are discussed individually with each student, creating guidelines for the development process and helping with any problems that may arise.
The written side of the course paper is evaluated with a mark and the process of defending the course paper is evaluated with a mark. Both marks form the final grade.
