Course abstract

Practice is based on theoretical basics of understanding the forest machines action principle.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After studying the course the student will have:
• Knowledge of the logging that is applied to machine design and operating principles.
• Skills the ability to carry out logging techniques of visual and technical assessment.
• Competence as well as the level of expertise to advise the forest industry workers on the applicability of a given forest felling machine design.
