Course abstract

Meat and milk product production technology and technological equipment. Flour and bread production technology and technological equipment. Fruit and vegetable processing technology and equipment. Sugar and fermentation industry, its product production technology and equipment.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
knowledge; food production technology and technological equipment;
skills; introduction of innovative technologies, perform calculations for selecting appropriate food equipment units;
competence; management of food enterprise, to argument selection of operational parameters of food production equipment, to explain the safety and exploitation requirements.
