Course abstract
The aim of the subject - to gain knowledge of the heating and ventilation systems at the public, residential and production buildings. Structure and parts of the ventilation systems. Some basic methods of the calculations and design for proper operation of the systems.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
• knowledge of microclimate systems in residential, public and industrial buildings, system components and prerequisites for the proper functioning of the systems;
• skills to carry out simple engineering calculations, the main equipment and energy choices and calculations; • competence in field of heating, ventilation and air based, direct expansion and hydraulic air conditioning systems of the buildings.
