| Intramural practice. During rotations, students shadow physicians at teaching hospital and farms, have access to patients, and gain valuable hands-on experience. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| Knowledges: of laboratorial tests and diagnostic imaging, most common diseases etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. Assessment – tests in practice all blocks.
Skills: to do clinical and diagnostic imaging examinations, set diagnosis, treatment and recommendations. Assessment – evaluating practical work. Competence: select correct diagnostic tests and treatment, herd health evaluation. Assessment – tests in practice all blocks and evaluating a practical work. |

| Pass all requirements in all clinical rotation practice blocks. | |
| Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work | |
| During a practice students must start to write a final work (Clinical rotation practice thesis). | |
| Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes | |
| Study course tests and final work are evaluated in accordance with the criteria indicated in the LLU Study Regulations. To pass Clinical rotation practice II student must pass all tests and practical tasks in each block. | |
