| Knowledge: to provide of public administration scientific foundations of professional masters program, after which students should be learning in a fully realized state, local authorities pārvaldību. Skills: to improve the analytical ability to assess problems associated contexts, their compliance with existing legislation and to choose the solution to the problem of the theoretical basis To keep the public and institutional development in line with the international, the Latvian government and the public interest.
