| The subject shows legal and economical essence of the contract conclusions in private and public sector. The student obtains the understanding of how to balance the requirements, experience, knowledge and reward from the point of both parties involved in contract conclusion, analyzing normative regulations of contractual arrangements in public service sector. | |
