Course abstract
After the present subject attendance the students acquire knowledge about the operational management in enterprises. Students gain understanding and applicability of the production process management in companies.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge – students are able to demonstrate profound and extended knowledge and understanding of operational management ; Skills – students can independently use theory and methods about operational process to put into practice. Students are able to independently use the theory of operational management issues. Students are able to independently use of operatioanal planning and organization elements in the company; Competence – students are able to independently formulate and critically analyse problems in the field of operational management, justify their decisions, and conduct an additional analysis if necessary.
