| Course abstract | |
| It is possible to master: basic of entrepreneurship legislation, government functions in legislation of entrepreneurship, legislation about forms of enterprises, legislation base of economic systems, normative acts which regulated environment of entrepreneurship, institutional system and structure in environment of entrepreneurship. Theoretical knowledge’s students get from lectures and also independently studying recommended literature. The aim of the practical studies is to develop students thinking and proficiency as a entrepreneur. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| Knowledge: of regulatory development and approval process with regard to establishment and the institutions involved, based on a certain form of business opportunities to participate in the legislative process.
Skills: navigate the laws and regulations in general, to find the necessary legal basis to analyze the situation, apply the laws, Cabinet regulations and EU regulations for doing business. Competence: on the basis of business forms, the differences and commonalities, to be able to analīei situation on the basis of prescribed rules. |
