The course provides students with knowledge of the legal basics of entrepreneurship, government functions related to entrepreneurship (business), registers of the Register of Enterprises, the legal forms of business organisations, the fundamentals of obligations law, the kinds of transactions and contracts, the fundamentals of communication law, the legal framework for the production process and prerequisites for international cooperation | |

1.Demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of the substance, concepts and role of business law in the modern society - Practical assignments

1.Politic of entrepreneurship and legislation process. (lecture – 1 hour, practical – 1 hour)
2.State Administration Structures, monitoring and control system. (lecture – 1 hour, practical – 1 hour) 3.Registers of the Enterprise Register. (lecture – 1 hour, practical – 1 hour) 4.Performers of economic activities (lectures – 2 hours) 5.Establishing, reorganization and liquidation of Performers of economic activities. (lecture – 1 hour, practical – 3 hours) Multiple choice test: about establishing enterprise (practical – 1 hour) 6.Obligation laws (lectures – 2 hours) 7.Transactions and contracts. Requirements for awarding credit points | |
Test. The Test consist of:
•35% multiple choice test in the Moodle system about Policies on entrepreneurship and the relevant legal framework, the state administration structure, the supervision and control system, registers of the Register of Enterprises, economic operators and the foundation, reorganization and liquidation of enterprises; •25% test in the Moodle system about Transactions and contracts, obligations law, commercial transactions, administrative procedure and criminal procedure, communication law, prerequisites for international cooperation •25% practical assignment of Practical planning activities (drawing up enterprise foundation documents and a contract, an analysis of one legal act regulating the production process) •5 % registered attendance. 10% are equal to one point on a 10-point marking scale. A mark of at least 4 has to be acquired in the practical works, seminar, test must be credited positive. |
