| Course abstract | |
| Students as a specialists of labour protection and safety form and develop their pedagogical and professional competences, including study literature and use theoretical knowledge; make observations of working environment, human behaviour in the workplace, made presentations, evaluation and assessment of working process of point from the view of occupational and organizational psychology. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • Knowledge: summarize experience on work safety studies in practice;
• skills: run workshops on work safety and assess course participants study results and carry out self-evaluation of the course and the workshops running; • competence: evaluate teaching/learning quality and improve it; assess impact of psycho emotional factors on work safety; choose non-formal and informal kinds of education for development of one’s knowledge, skills and competence. |
