Course abstract | |
Students use ICTs to deepen their knowledge, learn about data safety and protection, video/graphics data processing, computerized data processing, unrecommended addresses, E-Learning, E- encyclopedias, E-Tools in Latvia, master in methods of data processing. The various kinds of ICT products having relevance to education, such as teleconferencing, email, audioconferencing, etc. have been used in education. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
• Knowledge- understanding the learning opportunities which ICT could provide, the basic ideas of technology-mediated learning opportunities, a wide range of ICT resources, the innovative way of learning;
• skills- the use of an interactive board, document cameras, electronic voting (e-voting), E-Tools, programming. Presentation skills, skills to create and use electronic tools • competence - teachers need extensive knowledge of ICT to be able to select the most appropriate resources, understand the relationship between a range of ICT resources and the processes, skills in their subject (Art, HE, ICT and others). Teachers integrate the use of ICT and improve pupils' attainment, provide technology- supported learning opportunities, create and use tools that allow students to have more dynamic and interactive classroom, enrich the classroom experience and develop high-quality programs. |
