Course abstract
To perform scientific research and to develop the bachelor’s paper accordingly with methodological guidelines of department of Food Technology.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After practise student will have:
deep knowledge and understanding about concrete food product;
skills: to define, critically evaluate and to approximate basic questions (theme of research, aim, tasks etc.), to select investigation and mathematical data processing methods, justifying selection; to interpret results after data processing; to make conclusions accordingly acquired results; competence: to perform research in bachelor work investigation collaborating with research supervisor; practically to use other research results.
