| Course abstract | |
| Students will solve independently the standardized problems of modeling and optimization, using models in the form of linear and nonlinear programming. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • Students will gain extended knowledge of modeling and optimization of wood processing technology,
• as well as obtain skills necessary for practical realization of basic mathematical models of wood processing. • As a result students will be competent at solving independently the problems of modeling and optimization of wood processing as well as integrating the obtained knowledge in their professional career. |
