Concept and objectives of soil testing and plant analysis, data use. Field sampling and sample preparation. Digestion / extraction technique. Determination of elemental composition in aliquots. Errors in quantitative analysis, error handling. Laboratory organization, layout and equipment. Standardization, accreditation and interlaboratory calibration. Safety in laboratories. | |
