| Course abstract | |
| The course gives knowledge abaut elaborating and analysing normative acts.The course aim is to give theoretical and practical knowledge (seminars and practical work) about the permanent process in elaborating normative acts in the Latvian legal system. Master students study which norms of rights should be included in normative acts of Latvia so they comply with requirements of the European Union. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| During the study course Master students are prepared for independent work with elaboration of normative acts that gives an opportunity to take proficient decisions in creation process of new legislations, as well as to gain experience in interpretation, adaption and translation of normative documentation. Additionally, in this study course, students get acquainted with adaptation of international legislations in the Republic of Latvia. | |
