| The course provides students with knowledge on and develops their skills in civil law, the most important institutes of the general part of civil law, general civil law – family, property, and obligations law, and special civil law – commercial law. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • knowledge – profound knowledge on and an understanding of the most important institutes of the general part of civil law, general civil law – family, property, and obligations law, and special civil law – commercial law;
• skills in independently judging civil law issues and in using the legal provisions to draw up and conclude a contract and to compensate for a loss, ensuring the stability of civil relations. Students are able to choose the necessary business forms and establish business partnerships and capital companies; • competence – students obtain knowledge on and skills in civil law, are able to independently analyse civil relations, conclude civil contracts, ensure the stability of contractual relations, as well as to independently establish capital companies and business partnerships. |
