Course abstract
The elements and levels of communication process, appropriate choice of communication channels and styles is emphasized. Direct and distant communication is examined; the etiquette of business talk, correspondence, communication via telephone, electronically and virtually is mastered. Students acquire skills of professional communication and strategies of persuasion.
