Course abstract | |
The study course develops students’ competence of effective and positive communication, provides knowledge about etiquette and protocol norms usable in different business communication situations and with different communication partners: clients and employees of own organization, business partners from other organizations as well as in situations of international and multicultural communication. As the result of the studying this course, students develop skills to act regarding the etiquette and protocol standards appropriate to different situations of business communication. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
During studying students acquire knowledge about etiquette and protocol standards in business communication, gain insight in public and governance ethic standards, and develop knowledge about etiquette demands during international and multicultural communication.
Students develop skills to observe etiquette in different communication situations; representing organization in business communication with other organizations and society as well as in situations of international and multicultural communication. Students develop skills to act according with professional ethics of public administration specialists . As the outcome of studying, students develop effective and positive communication competence to act appropriate to etiquette standards in different business communication situation and with different communication partners. |
