Course abstract | |
Study course is developed based on Energy standard in Latvia requirements and electric network parameters calculation methods, taking in account specifics of agriculture energy supply. During course project development students acquire understanding of internal and external network construction, calculation principles of electric networks and short circuit currents, as well as protection against overvoltage. Project evaluation using NPV method is included as well. | |

• Knowledge - of power system objects cost and expenses calculation methods,
• skills - of proper choice of the economically feasible project; • competence - accounting principles in energetics. |
