Course abstract
Students acquire knowledge about construction, participants of construction, their mutual relations, legislation in construction, construction entrepreneurship, construction enterprise, contractor, structural projects stages of projection and their sequence, co-ordination, examination experts, corroboration, work with the project in building enterprise, patting into operation of buildings.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge: of legislation, construction law; construction work processes, technology, construction work planning, organizing and conducting on site. 1st test . • Skills: to elaborate works of the organization (performance) project (construction schedule, construction master plan, construction of technological systems and quality assurance plan), acquired skills in the organization of works on construction sites. Practical works. 2 nd test. • Competence: the ability to develop a process for planning and construction management work for the project. Ability to comply with building codes appropriate technology works, prepare and execute files, as well as to determine the protective measures. The ability to monitor the construction process for the completed work of technical and quality control of completed work records check out covered works. Practical works. 3rd test.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes
The student is able to certify the acquired knowledge and skills on the issues of organization, planning and management of construction, completing 3 tests works and a test.
