| Course abstract | |
| Goal of the course is to teach about construction processes on construction site and its network; applied technologies to build structural part of the building. Review construction work planning methods and existing norms. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| After studying the course the student will have strengthened, expanded and systematized theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of legislation, construction law; construction work processes, technology, construction work planning, organizing and conducting on site, acquired the necessary skills to elaborate works of the organization (performance) project (construction schedule, construction master plan, construction of technological systems and quality assurance plan), acquired skills in the organization of works on construction sites will have the competence - the ability to develop a process for planning and construction management work for the project. Ability to comply with building codes appropriate technology works, prepare and execute files, as well as to determine the protective measures. The ability to monitor the construction process for the completed work of technical and quality control of completed work records, check out covered works. | |
