Course abstract | |
The course is intended for bachelor and master students of BOVA university network. The general aim of the course is exchange of experience between teachers and students from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia about landscape analyses and design methods in Baltic States. Course gives overview of new trends and technologies in the field of landscape architecture. The contents of the course are closely linked to the existing study program and individual courses - landscape planning and design, landscape management and landscape analyses. | |
Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
• Knowledge about new trends and technologies that are used in landscape planning and maintenance process.
• Skills to focus on different aspect connected to landscape, to evaluate them, to discuss and to assess more appropriate method, as well as technology use for the landscape. • Competence about different and common aspects and methods applied in each Baltic country. |
