| Course abstract | |
| Study course give knowledges for improving the energy performance of buildings with insulation of the enclosing structures and a new efficient design applications. The existing residential design scheme, structures connections. Low or zero energy buildings enclosing constructions. Connection of structures. Energy saving facade. | |
| Learning outcomes and their assessment | |
| • Knowledge - manage existing residential constructive solutions and node connections. With regard to the methodology of the calculation of the insulation of buildings. To know the characteristics of the materials. Manage the essential requirements for buildings.
• Skills - managing technical economic survey of the building envelopes, to develop the building insulation project documentation in sketch or in the technical design level. Orient the appropriateness for building materials, and costs. • Competence - to be able to develop architecture part of building according with newest solutions and regulations. |
