Course abstract
The aim of the study course is to acquire basics of designing public residential area courtyards. Students need to acquire collecting of basic data and analysing methods needed for planning, get to know basics of real planning of residential area courtyards. In time of semester students need to develop real green infrastructure plan for residential area courtyards.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Students will get:
• knowledge about main functional plan parameters and planning methods of public residential area courtyards;
• skills to collect data about the object in field works, analyse on site and depict collected data in drawings, will get skills to analyse situation and use normative data in developing plan; • competence to develop small public green infrastructure plans for residential area courtyards in accordance with the normative, functional and compositional needs.
