The aim of the course is to learn the automotive company's design methodology. The acquaintance with the automotive service and corporate planning, technological choices, and the principles of calculation. The knowledge gained is used in practical design of the company's road.
1. Knowledge - specific knowledge in automobile technical service in relation to calculation of the auto transport enterprise design and technological process of service, substantiation of the equipment and the number of servicemen.
2. Skills - the students can creatively apply the theoretically acquired and calculated in graphical depiction of the design considering qualitative provision of the technological process in compliance with the current norms; they can professionally plan the auto transport enterprise territory for comfortable organization of traffic and ensuring of the technological process. Knows the principles car maintenance and repair zone development, is able to justify the chosen planning- course project defence.
3. Сompetence - the students can take decisions that are based on calculations in relation to planning of new automobile service and exploitation enterprises elaborating the production zone and enterprise territory as well as location of the technological equipment in compliance with the latest technological innovations. Is able to independently calculate the production volume of a service company, to develop the automotive service zone planning and the general plan of the territory - development and defence of the course project.

2. Structure and functional schemes of road transport companies.
3. Technical basis of production of the road transport enterprise and design procedures.
4. Functional schemes of car service, car trade and rental business structure.
5. Production programs for road transport companies.
6. Operating modes, vehicle maintenance and repair standards and their correction.
7. Calculation of work volume and personnel in road transport companies.
8. Technological calculation of workshop areas, stations and stocks of road transport enterprises.
9. Technological calculation of flow lines and zones for automotive workshops.
10. Selection and calculation of the technological equipment necessary for the workshop.
11. Methods of calculation of space areas of workshop.
12. Planning of production zones for road workshop.
13. Technological planning of structural elements of road transport enterprises.
14. Total Territory Planning of Road Transport Service Company.
15. General plan of Automotive Service Company and organization of traffic flow.
16. Technical and economic assessment of an Automotive Service Company project.
Developed and defended course project. The course project includes two sheets of A1 format drawing and calculation part.
Development and analysis of the calculation part. Development of the company master plan. Workshop area technical drawings development.
The course project is accepted if a mark from 4 to 10 is obtained after the defence of the project.
The assessment is based on the knowledge of the technological process of the workshop and the justified use of the latest technological equipment in the project.
