Course abstract

The bachelor thesis is conclusion part of the study programmes. In the bachelor thesis the students develop and demonstrate the skills of research work. The thesis includes pedagogical problem and theoretical substantiation of the possible solution, the description of the methodical solution and pedagogical empirical investigation in which the situation of the researched problem is stated and evaluated in relation to the offered methodical solution.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge - the improvement and strengthening of Pedag-y, Psychol-y, Didactics, Research Method-y, Professional Specialization courses teach./ learn.method-y.
• Improving the skills to carry out theoretical and empirical research in pedag-y: select a topic of research, to formulate the problem, formulate and coordinate the research data, find and critically analyze the necessary information, to plan a research, to obtain empirical research results, process them and to critically analyze, develop reasoned conclusions; skills in teach. methodology: to formulate the objectives of hours, taking into account students 'age peculiarities and specificities of the subject, teaching approaches and methods, hours of organizational forms and criteria for evaluating students' achievements.
• Competence - the able to apply theoret. knowledge in practice, to carry out independent theoret. and empirical research in pedag-y, the able to demonstrate professional competence of teacher`s work.
