Course abstract

In compiling the works estimate students practically use their knowledge in drawing up the description of construction works, calculate the amount of real construction works, direct and indirect costs of the estimate, calculate technical economic indicators, draw up documentation of estimates according to LBN 501-17 requirements.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge of the methodology for compiling construction works estimates
Ability to analyze labor standards, analyze and use market prices for construction resources for cost estimates. Knowledge and skills are assessed in course work.
At the end of the study course, students are competent to compile an estimate of construction works corresponding to the construction design and market prices of construction resources - an independent estimate of construction works is evaluated.

Successfully defended course work The course paper is prepared according to the requirements of LBN 501-17 "Procedure for Determination of Construction Cost". Student defending the course paper can justify the principles of price formation and price justification
