Course abstract
The course is organized to acquire business communication skills in Russian in order to develop students' professional qualification and improve the communication process with foreigners by using appropriate means of foreign languages.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge on the process of communication, its planning and kinds of communication, exchange of information and style of business communication, linguistic knowledge according to Level A2 - B1; vocabulary knowledge consisting of business and professional vocabulary;
• skills to apply the acquired knowledge in the study course for successful process of communication, passing and receiving information, choosing the correct style while communicating;
• competence to evaluate communication situations and use the appropriate kinds and means of communication accordingly.
