Course abstract
The aim for writing course paper in Organizational Theory is to develop appropriate research and paper writing skills in related area. Students have to analyse actual problems of organizational development in conceptual framework of modern theories.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge about the terms of choosing scientific research work subject, requirements for developing the illustrative part, requirements for the content of the report and presentation , defending procedure of paper.
Skills – to formulate the research objective and tasks accordingly to the research topic, to choose and to justify appropriate research and data analysis methods, to interpret research results and to draw conclusions.
Competence - the ability to handle the scientific research work and its results and present them.
