In an object master a legislation process, classification of the normative acts and in force a become order, state function entrepreneurial activity, state management system, conditions of legal design (registrations) of the economic action, stuck the legislations of entrepreneurial activity forms, regulating norms of actions of enterprises act.
After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge – students gain knowledge on the procedures of elaborating and passing legal acts, their coming into force, the hierarchy of legal acts, and legal acts regulating entrepreneurship;
• skills – students can apply provisions of the legal acts regulating business, assess the requirements of legal acts, and apply them in various situations;
• competence – students can explain various legal terms, analyse legal acts, be competent in the hierarchy of legal acts, and characterise the most significant requirements of the legal acts regulating business.
