Course abstract

Study course offers a comprehensive insight into personnel management main functions, supported by practical procedure implementation examples. This course will assist in producing job application documents, participation in job interviews, establishing and maintaining work relationships in accordance with LR legislative documents, as well as organise the working process in compliance with the above documents and personnel management principles.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After the course completion, the student will acquire the following:
Knowledge: about basic concepts and main functions of personnel management, its importance in the field, as well as about the major principles of successful personnel management.
Skills: use the acquired knowledge in professional settings; perform in accordance with certain personnel management principles, establish and maintain work relationships in compliance with LR legislative documents, be able to identify and solve problems in order to improve personnel management process.
Competences: thoughtfully apply acquired knowledge and skills in order to organise the enterprise’s purposeful and effective personnel management and be able to offer arguments for its improvement.
