Course abstract

Human environment is organised according to various principles. Mechanical, hierarchic, behavioral and corporate models of manufacturing and social organisation reflect any process and system emergence, functioning and development nature. This requires to single out the organisational theory as a separate scientific concept.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge about regularities, principles and regulations of organization`s operation, about process of communication and decision-taking in the organizations, about power and policy in the organizations;
• skills to describe and analyze causes of success and failure as well as to combine and synthesize various elements into united entity to provide effective goal achievement of organization;
• competence to organize the work of structural unit appropriately, systematically and effectively, to assess results of the structural unit, to submit statement about implementation of tasks and plans, to submit proposals about improvement of work organization.
