Course abstract

Study the course is discussed the structure of personality, personality analysis and understanding of different theoretical approaches, personal guidance in the professional education, deals with personal experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics of the role modern learning organization, professional learning, students' competitiveness.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• knowledge -understanding the personality, personality structure, different personality theories and approaches, opportunities for personal development and progress of education and its role in lifelong learning and career development -an independent work;
• skills - know how to evaluate the theory of personality structure, analyze, compare and evaluate different theories of personality and approach, understands the importance of training and educational process organization and management of vocational education in the environment, knows how to integrate the knowledge gained in teaching and to address different audiences- an independent work;
• competence - able to assess the personality of the important role of the learning process, course of study is able to integrate the knowledge gained in teaching. Able to speak in front of an audience and the presentation- an independent work.

2. Personality definition. Personality criteria and typology. Structure problem.
3. Personality direction: needs, goals, interests, attitudes, thresholds, motives, beliefs.
4. Personality experience: knowledge, skills, skills, habits. The Johannes window.
5. Personality research concepts.
6. Psychodynamic Personality Theory (Z. Freud). Id, Ego, Suprego Unit and Fight.
7. Analytical Approach (K.G.Jungs). Introversion and extroversion. Collective unconsciousness. Archetype.
8. Individual psychological approach (A. Adler). The problem of personality inferiority and fullness. Lifestyle. Interaction of personality craving.
9. Humanistic Approach to Personality Development (K. Roger, A. Maslov). Es-concept. Self-esteem, self-esteem, self-realization, self-esteem, life position. Self-actualization.
10. Characteristics of one-piece personality. Personality Development Levels (A.Milts)
11. Theory of Appearance, Personality Development, Personality Maturity Criteria and Conceptual Principles (G. Olports)
12. The Cognitive Theory of Personality (J. Kellijs).
13. Behavioral Theory (B. Skinners, J. Wotson, A. Bandura,). Behavioral patents. Modeling. Imitation of behavior. Aggression and models of violence. Self-reinforcements.
14. Theory of Activity (S. Rubinstein, A. Leontev, A. Kovalev). Movement and self-control.
15. Dispositional Personality Theory (H. Aizenks, G. Olports). Cardinal, central and secondary features.
16. Possibilities of personality development and growth in vocational education environment.

Requirements for awarding credit points

80% attending lectures and seminars, successfully completing independent work, preparing and presenting independent work for the lesson.

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

Independent work - a review of the amount of personality theories prepared (up to 2 pages submitted electronically).
Independent work - elaborated plan of upbringing hours for group consolidation (amount up to 3 pages, submitted electronically).
Independent work - prepared presentation and according to the requirements of the trained classmates.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

Independent works have been successfully completed and sent in due time. Successfully completed work on one of the personality theories, an elaborate plan of upbringing lessons, a presentation and a lesson delivered to peers.
The check mark is the arithmetic mean of the individual works.
