Course abstract
In study course students develop their own personality characteristics and mental resources for career, mental health, continuing education. Students create and develop social competence to improve management, counseling and communication skills for work in the group/team and creative client centered activity.
Learning outcomes and their assessment
Knowledge to be able to characterize elements of personality structure, business communication and management; to describe the conflicts and their solution tactics; to identify management styles and describe the competencies needed for manager; to explain the communication conditions for formation of a group, team and work with clients,skills: to be able to use the knowledge about their mental resources to plan their personal development; to analyze the situation by using the theoretical cognitions of leadership, communication, conflict resolution, team building; competence to be able to access and use their mental resources for studies, professional work and personal lives, respecting mental health; to plan their personal growth and professional development, to evaluate contributing and distracting factors of effective social interaction and to choose the optimal solution; to work with partners and customers; to organize the goals and objectives relevant group / team, to manage it.
