Course abstract

Course of study contributes to knowledge acquisition and promotes it’s practical usage for working out methodology for particular topics. During course students study more detail in the national education standards in informatics; the realization of the necessary methodological and technical support, recommended methodological materials and teaching aids. Students learn practical skills in the development of exercises, tests, handouts and methodology for informatics lessons.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

• Knowledge - acquisition and understanding of the theories of Informatics (IT) usage them in practice; of preparation the lessons, teaching methods, evaluating the students works
• Skills - to analyze and assess theories of methodology and to choose the most appropriate for IT training process, to evaluate and to choose the most appropriate teaching methods and textbooks.
• Competence - able to navigate the IT program development and assessment, able to draw up the thematic plan of year and the thematic schedule, able to plan and prepare IT lessons, able to produce visual materials and tests.
