Course abstract

Within the framework of scientific research practice (3 weeks), master's students, according to the chosen theme of the Master's thesis, get acquainted, acquire skills and knowledge in carrying out research work to be able to independently and critically use modern scientific working methods. During the internship, master's students collect data for the performance of the Master's thesis and carry out experimental work.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Master's students acquire and strengthen knowledge about the course of scientific research work.
Skills are developed to search for information, develop research methodology, plan and conduct experiments, process the obtained data.
As a result, master's students are competent to carry out scientific research and develop a Master's thesis. / Submit to the supervisor an individual report on the works performed during the internship and the information collected; defend the practice report on the approbation of the study methodology and the validation of the methodology.

Course Content(Calendar)

1. Compilation of the literature used to develop the research methodology. Setting the aim, work tasks and hypothesis of the research.
2. Putting forward the hypothesis under investigation. Development of research methodology.
3. Collection of research data. Collection of research data. Approbation and validation of the research methodology.

Requirements for awarding credit points

Write and submit an individual report on the works carried out during the internship and the information collected; defend the practice report on the approbation of the study methodology and the validation of the methodology.

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

The student works independently according to the individual plan under the supervision of the supervisor.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

1.A successful individual report on the works performed during the internship and the information collected
2. A report on the approbation and validation of the research methodology has been included.
