Course abstract

Course paper proves student’s ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. After the study of the above subject the students become aware of the essence and subject about the planning of the activities of forest management, the functions and structure of the business plan. The students acquire practical knowledge for to prepare of business plan and to use the planning methods

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge – about the structure, the technologies drawing out the business plan and the planning methods used.
• skills – students acquire necessary skills to determine the necessary labour and material resources of the enterprise, to work out the marketing plan, to calculate the income and costs of enterprise.
• competence – knowledge and practical skills are acquired in order to find the most profitable and assessable compromise between the wishes and practical possibilities of the enterprise while drawing out the business plan
