To objective of course is to give knowledge of production types, accuracy of machining, technological systems, dimension chains, guaranteeing accuracy of machining, bases , bases selection, as well as definition of allowance for machining. Design and economical estimation of manufacturing process. Specific character for application of metal cutting machines. Tendency of development of mechanical engineering.
1. Knowledge: the fundamentals of engineering technology, programs CNC Simulator
2. Skills: to develop bases schema of details and technological manufacturing plane of machining; to select blank and to develop manufacturing plan, to develop programs from manufacturing details on the CNC machine.
3. Competence: to comprehend in parameters and manufacturing process of blanks, to be able selection and motivation of rationale technological and manufacturing process.
