Course abstract

The aim of the practice is to master collection of information on the present situation of a food production enterprise including the characterization of its technological process, situation plan and survey of planning of production units.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After the acquisition of the study course the students will have:
• Knowledge – about inspection of a food production enterprise and summarizing of the necessary data in order to elaborate a solution for up-dating of the technology and mechanization of the enterprise.
• Skills – to prepare a description of the technological process of a food production enterprise, to develop the situation plan of the enterprise and layouts of the production unit cross-section and planning.
• Competence – knowledge and skills are acquired necessary for engineering design working at technological development and technical up-dating of food production enterprises.
