Course abstract

Selection of appropriate technological equipment for several food product production or raw materials processing, technological scheme calculation of resources. Develop the scheme of machinery and the graph of equipment use for production of selected product, to calculate processes and equipment parameters.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

After completing the course student will have:
• knowledge; food production technology and technological equipment;
• skills; introduction of innovative technologies, perform calculations for selecting appropriate food equipment units;
• competence; management of food enterprise, to argument selection of operational parameters of food production equipment, to explain the safety and exploitation requirements.
