Course abstract

The aim of the study course is to plan the technical maintenance (TA) of the company's machinery and calculate the workload; - development of the company's TA base technological project; - development of a sketch project for a specific TA equipment or instrument.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

Knowledge: about the workload of machine maintenance work, calculation of the required manpower and equipment for a particular company; knowledge of corporate machinery sector planning and equipment. Valuation - accuracy of calculations.
Skills: to develop a technical-economic and operational maintenance plan for the company's machinery. Develop a project for maintenance of non-standard equipment. Evaluation - accuracy of the developed plan.

Competence: the acquired knowledge and practical skills will make it possible to perform an analogous analysis of the machine maintenance base and to choose the most advantageous machine sector structures and their planning for each specific situation. The knowledge and skills acquired in the course will be evaluated according to the completeness and quality of the course project development.

9. Location of work stations and technical equipment
10. Research of maintenance materials technical base analogues and selection of technological variant
11. Location of technical service base in the company's territory. General plan
12. Development of the technological project of the company's technical service base
13. Analysis, calculations and description of technical service equipment analogues
14. Sketch project of technical service equipment or instrument
15. General conclusions of the project and design of the work

16. Project examination and open defense

Requirements for awarding credit points

- Drafting and coordination of the course development plan;
- Description and graphic part of the course project developed according to individual task and methodological instructions;
- The course project is defended openly after the examination: briefly reporting on the project and tasks; answering questions.

Test work on rating.

Description of the organization and tasks of students’ independent work

The student develops the course project in accordance with the methodological instructions and the teacher's recommendations. The course project is developed independently (80 h), if necessary in consultation with the teacher.

Criteria for Evaluating Learning Outcomes

The course project is evaluated according to the development quality of the project analytical and graphic part, their compliance with the methodological guidelines, design.
