Course abstract

Study and characterization of the crop production level of farm. Design of crop rotation system for farm in connection with the soil and climat conditions. Planning of soil tillage and weed control in the crop rotation. Cours work has to be carried out for real or modelfarm, or based on results of experimental work.

Learning outcomes and their assessment

1. Students will obtainthe knowledges and skills necessary for planning crop rotation design in farm, for valuation of farm’s production level.
2. They will raise competence to rational land use, to motivate decisions related to the complex measures for crop rotation systems, soil tillage and weed control.

3. This competences is necessary for students as future farmer or farmer advisors.

Self-dependent studys of literature and output of cours work to agree with assigned the task.

Corresponding qualitative accomplished by drraw-up appointed, fulfil one’s task, positively defended cours work.
